Terms and Conditions.
Official English customer-facing policy published by 365 Luxury Car Rental L.L.C. Please save the policy version with your booking or payment record.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the 365 Car Rental website and the process for enquiries, quotations, online booking requests, payments, vehicle delivery, rental, return and final settlement. The vehicle-specific quotation and the rental agreement issued for a confirmed rental form part of the contract. If a vehicle-specific signed agreement contains a term that differs from this website summary, the signed agreement applies to that rental to the extent permitted by law.
2. Enquiries, quotations and booking status
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not by itself guarantee a vehicle. Availability, the driver’s eligibility, the requested dates, the rate, security deposit and any delivery or collection service must be verified. A booking is confirmed only when the Company issues written confirmation after the required acceptance and payment arrangements are complete.
- Quotations identify the requested vehicle, rental period, included mileage, rental charge, security deposit and confirmed optional services.
- A change of date, driver, vehicle, location or service is effective only when confirmed in writing.
- Website images describe the selected fleet vehicle, but temporary operational circumstances may prevent allocation until written confirmation is issued.
3. Driver eligibility and documents
Each driver must satisfy UAE law and the applicable insurer’s conditions. Original, current identity and driving documents must be produced when requested. UAE citizens and residents ordinarily require Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving licence. Visitors ordinarily require a passport, valid UAE entry status, a licence accepted for driving in the UAE and an International Driving Permit where legally required. The Company may refuse or postpone handover if eligibility or documents cannot be verified.
4. Prices, payments and security deposit
The quotation or agreement states the rental charge, payment schedule, included mileage, security deposit or card hold, and confirmed service charges. Card payments are processed on the payment provider’s secure hosted page; the Company does not ask customers to enter card security details into the 365 website. The security deposit is not rental income. It may be applied only to supported amounts due under the agreement, such as authorised rental extensions, excess mileage, missing fuel or charge, tolls, parking, traffic penalties, damage, recovery, missing items or other disclosed liabilities.
5. Cancellation, no-show, changes and early return
The applicable cancellation deadline, no-show treatment, early-return treatment and any charge must be stated in the accepted quotation or signed agreement. Until an owner-approved standard schedule is published, no separate website fee or percentage is implied. Customers should contact reservations promptly and quote the booking reference. A request to cancel or amend does not take effect until acknowledged in writing.
6. Vehicle handover, condition and permitted use
The vehicle’s odometer, fuel or charge level, keys, accessories, existing marks and visible condition may be recorded with photographs at delivery and return. Only approved drivers named in the agreement may drive. Unlawful use, racing, towing, smoking, unauthorised off-road use, sub-rental and cross-border travel without written approval are prohibited. The customer must protect the vehicle and promptly report warnings, loss, theft, accident, damage or breakdown.
7. Accident, damage and roadside events
The driver must stop safely, contact police or emergency services where required, notify the Company promptly, obtain the reports required for insurance processing, and avoid admitting liability or arranging repairs without authority. Insurance cover, exclusions, excess and customer liability are governed by the issued agreement and applicable policy. Misuse, negligence, prohibited use, lost keys or unsupported repair may create additional liability.
8. Return and final settlement
Responsibility continues until the vehicle is received and checked by an authorised representative. Any final charge must be supported by the agreement and relevant operational evidence. The Company will itemise rental balance, approved extensions, excess mileage, tolls, parking, traffic penalties, fuel or charging, damage, missing items and other supported amounts before closing the rental.
9. Privacy, electronic records and notices
Customer information and documents are handled under the Privacy Policy. The customer agrees that quotations, acceptances, notices, payment confirmations and agreements may be created and retained electronically. Electronic acceptance records identify the published policy versions accepted, date and time, and the related booking or payment reference.
10. Liability, law and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Customers should first contact the Company so a concern can be reviewed with the booking and transaction records.
