Before handover
The Company verifies the confirmed booking, approved drivers, original documents, payment arrangements, security deposit and vehicle condition. Handover may be postponed if eligibility, documents or payment cannot be verified.
During the rental
Only approved drivers may use the vehicle. Customers must follow UAE law, protect the vehicle, observe warnings and service instructions, and promptly report accident, damage, theft, loss or breakdown. Extensions and additional drivers require written approval before they take effect.
Return and inspection
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed place and time with the recorded keys, documents and accessories. Return evidence may include time, odometer, fuel or charge, exterior, interior and photographs. Supported post-rental amounts are itemised under the signed agreement before settlement.
Commercial variables
Rates, mileage, extra-kilometre price, deposit, insurance excess, minimum age, delivery or collection services and any vehicle-specific rule are stated in the quotation and agreement. This page does not replace those confirmed variables.
