Corporate onboarding
Corporate service is subject to verification of the entity, trade licence, authorised signatory, billing contact, approved drivers and any tax-registration information supplied. Submission of an application does not create a credit facility or guarantee fleet allocation.
Proposal and agreement
Vehicle requirements, rates, deposits or credit security, mileage, service levels, authorised drivers, invoicing, payment dates and early-termination treatment must be recorded in the approved proposal and corporate agreement. A corporate agreement is effective only when approved and signed by authorised representatives.
Vehicle control and drivers
The customer must maintain an accurate approved-driver list, protect vehicles and promptly report incidents or changes. Sub-rental, unauthorised use and use by an unapproved driver are prohibited.
Billing and settlement
Invoices, supporting records, disputes, deductions and final settlement follow the signed corporate agreement. This public framework does not grant credit terms or publish unapproved standard charges.
